1. Eligibility
- Only medical professionals (MBBS, MD, MS, BDS, etc.) are eligible to stay.
- Valid government ID and hospital/college ID must be submitted at the time of joining.
2. Rent & Payment
- Rent must be paid in advance on or before the 5th of every month.
- A security deposit of ₹10,000 is required at joining. Refundable at exit, after adjusting for damages or unpaid dues.
- Late fee of ₹100/day will apply if rent is delayed beyond the 5th.
3. Stay Duration & Exit Policy
- Minimum stay: 3 months.
- 30-day written notice required before vacating.
- Early exit without notice may lead to one month’s rent deduction from deposit.
4. Room Use & Damage
- Residents must maintain hygiene and cleanliness in personal and shared spaces.
- Use of heavy electrical appliances like heaters or induction cooktops is prohibited unless approved.
- Any damage to walls, furniture, or property will be charged to the resident.
5. Guest & Visitor Policy
- Visitors are allowed only during 10 AM to 8 PM.
- No overnight guests are permitted without management’s written approval.
6. Conduct & Behavior
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, loud music, or parties are strictly prohibited.
- Maintain silence during quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Any unlawful or inappropriate behavior may lead to eviction.
7. Facilities Provided
- Wi-Fi, water, basic electricity, and cleaning are included in rent.
- Additional electricity usage beyond standard units may be chargeable.
- Management will inform about any extra service charges in advance.
8. Security & Liability
- Management is not responsible for loss of personal items.
- Lock rooms when stepping out and avoid keeping valuables unattended.
- CCTV surveillance (if applicable) is for safety but not a guarantee of protection.
9. Amendments
- Management may revise these terms with prior notice.
- Continued stay implies acceptance of updated terms.
