1. Eligibility

• This PG is exclusively for medical professionals – MBBS interns, MD/MS residents, and other verified healthcare workers.

• A valid government ID and hospital/medical college ID card must be submitted at the time of joining.

2. Rent and Payment

• Monthly rent must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month.

• Security Deposit: ₹10,000 to be paid at the time of admission. This is refundable at the time of vacating, subject to damage inspection and clearance of dues.

• Late payment will attract a penalty of ₹100 per day after the 5th.

3. Stay Duration and Notice

• Minimum stay required is 3 months.

• A 30-day prior notice must be given in writing before vacating the PG.

• In case of early exit without notice, one month’s rent will be deducted from the security deposit.

4. Room Use and Maintenance

• Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Weekly inspections may be conducted.

• Personal electrical appliances (heaters, induction, etc.) are not allowed without prior permission.

• Damage to PG property (walls, furniture, fittings) will be chargeable.

5. Guest Policy

• No overnight guests allowed.

• Visitors are only permitted in common areas during visiting hours: 10 AM – 8 PM.

6. Code of Conduct

• Loud music, parties, smoking, or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

• Quiet hours are to be maintained between 10 PM and 6 AM.

• Any illegal or inappropriate activity will lead to immediate eviction.

7. Security and Liability

• Residents are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be liable for any loss or theft.

• Lock your rooms properly when stepping out.

• Security personnel/CCTV surveillance (if applicable) is for general safety.

8. Facilities Provided

• Wi-Fi, electricity (up to a fixed unit), water, and housekeeping are included in the rent.

• Any additional services will be chargeable and informed beforehand.

9. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

• Repeated violation of rules can lead to termination of stay without refund.
